“Nice place to walk and well maintained , but each morning Dogs are being walked out there without leashes, most people very good about controlling them while passing you others not big dogs jump on you and owners telling us to find another place to walk. Not good for an 80 year old couple trying to gets some Fresh air and exercise. Called for Belton Police said they would send someone out but waited in vehicle no one came”
