  I had called ahead and talk to salesman, Cody Angel. Cody said he could help us find what we wanted and to come on in.
  
  Within ten minutes of arriving our vehicle was being assessed for resale value and two sticker prices were placed in our hands to pick from.
  
  Within an hour and a half we had made a deal and leaving for home. Thank you Cody Angel for working so hard to please us! This is how to take care of your customers!

  My buying experience was very easy, handling well by the salesman and the entire staff. In the end I feel I got a great deal and a fabulous new SUV to drive away in. I will definitely be back for service and maybe another vehicle in the future.

  My only issue yesterday was the time. I asked for an estimated time and was told around 45 minutes or so. Two hours later, after sitting and waiting, my car service was finally complete. Originally I planned to call my husband to come get me to run errands and grocery shop, then return back for my car. But I figured 45 +/- minutes was okay and I waited. After that time passed, it was too late to call, so I waited, not realizing after that how much time passed.....blood sugar drop and dehydration must have set in because I left with a headache. I assume my car was serviced correctly, as usual, but would have liked a better and honest heads up on the estimated time. Your past employees used to check on everyone waiting if the time was longer than originally planned, and that was always appreciated. I realized everyone was really busy...a good sign, as noted... however the personal touch from the old Jesse James crew was missing yesterday.
  
  BTW, I returned home, with a dead cell phone, to an angry husband who wanted to know why I took so long. ????

  This was my first experience buying a car and Heartland was terrrific with absolutely everything. I came and looked at my Jeep three different times before buying and each time they answered all of my questions and DID NOT pressure me to purchase the vehicle that day. This was a huge selling point for me and one of the reasons I decided to come back. I worked with Chris Smith through the whole process and he was amazing. Made sure I was getting everything I wanted at the best price. At one point when we thought the vehicle was sold to someone else, he connected with a guy in Nebraska and was going to pick up another vehicle for me. Working with the finance department and the business office at Heartland has been a great first experience for me. I would definitely recommend going to look at their inventory and let them get you in a great vehicle. I will definitely be back!

  Bought a new jeep with my daughter from Chris. Our experience at Heartland was amazing!!. Their entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's first new vehicle purchase and they treated her terriffic!! I'm would definitely encourage everyone that's in the market for a vehicle to give them a try . I know myself and my family sure will go back. Thanks again Chris !!
