The duct cleaning is amazing. I confess I had some doubt, my house seemed so dirty and I bought a good furnace filter. I went from dusting 3x a week to just once a week, I am so impressed! My house is so clean now!

We’ve used them twice. The first time was for an emergency pet issue, they came right away and were so thorough. When it was time to clean our ducts, it was no question they’d be the ones to call. Once again professional and courteous, they explained the process and what to expect afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

I called COIT to gain trust in a residential location after a relative tested positive for COVID-19. I used the webform to make the request, and I was surprised when I received a confirming phone call less than 10 minutes later. We set up a convenient time, and they provided me with all of the information I needed to know. They showed up a bit earlier than my appointment time, which was fine with me. They cleaned, disinfected, and fogged the home, and the next day we moved back in. Thanks so much for your quick response and comprehensive service!

We had our air ducts cleaned and entryway stairs shampooed. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They were also very friendly and professional. Will definetly use in the future and recommend to anyone!
