As a former Nurse, she knows the body, your muscles and ligaments and works to try and relax them so I feel better and my body works more harmoniously. Her use and knowledge of essential oils as a healing tool works with her skills in massage to deepen the result of my massage. Today, she introduced my to the BrainTap meditation tool/experience and after the massage I felt even more alert and focused. She is always exploring health and wellness in a practical sense that elevates her massages to another level. This is not your Massage Envy massage! No up-selling. The environment is always relaxing. She works diligently on making sure clients have the best all around senses experience. Knowledge, skills and experience are what make Kandy Grimes and Massage for Wellness the best choice for me (and I can be pretty darn picky when it comes to my health and wellness.)
