Be prepared and tell your driver they will NOT let them leave! Also if your appointment is first thing in the morning, the building opens at 630am but the office door doesn't open until 645am. Just in case you were wanting to show up early as a curiosity to fill out paperwork.
Overall it was quick and staff was great!
