(January 17, 2019, 10:29 am)The Thursday morning class leaves me feeling like I have had a workout and refreshed all at once. I am stretching and doing poses I never thought I could. I am able to push myself to higher levels of difficulty now that I have been attending classes on a regular basis.

(January 5, 2019, 4:53 pm)When I went to breathe deep it was my first time doing yoga. Walking in I was nervous but once I met the instructor and the other people taking the class I felt super welcomed. It was better than I could have ever imagined. Afterwards I felt refreshed and stretched! Would definitely recommend and I’m definitely going back!

The boutique is filled with pampering and healing products, teas and treats, handmade local art, pottery, jewelry, clothing and so many great great gift ideas!
(November 4, 2018, 8:16 am)Great space and people! Convenient class times for me. Nice boutique area featuring natural essential oil products, some clothing and local artist’s work. They also offer massage and Reiki sessions. Highly recommend.
