“The food is always good and so are the soft drinks. The mixed drinks can get a little light for the price and I am not a fan of their draft beer Which seems to not agree with my stomach. It is now a non-smoking facility and is a good place to eat and drink with friends. The wait staff is normally excellent! They have a good selection of alcohol in bottles and cans and I would stick to those if you wanted an alcoholic beverage. Right off the interstate with plenty of parking”

“Hi everyone, it’s Brian from 102.7FM and I want to send a shout out and thank you to Stan and Deb at Stitch Of The Time Spirit Shop in Kearney. They do the embroidery on all of our station polo shirts and the shirts look fabulous! The colors on the shirts don’t fade and the stitching on the design doesn’t fray. When I needed a quick turnaround for our basketball announcers, they were able to handle the order and got me the shirts a day before they said they would be done! “I own a retail carpet store in a town of about 5000 people. It is tough to find effective marketing in a town this size. Newspaper doesn't work, too small to pay big city TV/radio campaigns, direct mail takes a lot of work and is sort of expensive. We've figured out that if we just got a small percentage of the eyeballs that drive by every day, we'd have more work than we know what to do with. That led us to James and Steve. These guys know signs. In fact, I called several other "sign" companies in KC, and they all seemed to turn around and hire James and Steve, and all had good things to say. So we took a chance and they delivered. Both guys are super responsive to email and phone calls, both come out to make sure everything is working, etc. They understand small business because they are one. “I highly recommend BGT! This is a great gym. The environment is friendly and non-judgmental. Everyone is here for the same reason - to work out! I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The staff is fantastic. All are very knowledgeable and never too busy for a question. There are two personal trainers on staff if you want individual instruction. I've been training with Brandon Martin and there is no doubt in my mind he will help me achieve my fitness goals. He's positive, encouraging and the workouts challenge me to reach just a little farther each time. If you like group exercise, BGT offers a Boot Camp class that is very popular. Or if none of that appeals to you and you want to work out on your own, BGT has a really nice selection of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. As far as equipment availability, even when the gym is busy, I've never had an issue with getting on a machine. Also, the facility is CLEAN and they work hard at keeping the equipment in good working order. If you're looking for your own gym "home", check them out.”

“Such a warm waggy welcome! Marco here welcomes you at your car, and guides you inside to what is currently a fall-lovers halloween heaven! So much to look at, we couldn't pry ourselves away to leave! Best for longer looks, or you'll feel shorted. They have tools, and buttons, and furniture, kitchen items, just such a wide assortment it will not disappoint! Pricing is spot on for craft deals. Im not versed enough in antiques to know about those prices, but they seemed good to me. Must see.”

“You will not find a better gym in the Kansas City surrounding area, North or South of the River. The coach to gymnast ratio provides an almost private lesson atmosphere. We’ve had many gymnasts who were held back or not progressing at other gyms due to waiting in long lines or being ignored. Our team leader and gym owners are former champions and gymnasts of Gage and OU Sooners. One currently coaches at a University. We have nationally ranked gymnasts and I think all of the seniors received scholarships to college this year. The gymnasts here are immediately accepting and friendly to newcomers. When I switched from Mercury as a military wife, I had tried every other gym and experienced snotty threatened girls who were mean to my daughter but here they gathered around her the first day with excitement. It’s just a totally different vibe. Also their competitive cheer team is INSANE. Most of Staley High School’s best cheerleaders go here, and Staley High School Gymnasts. I’m so happy we found this place!!”
