  Derrick/ Derek GM deserves a raise.
  
  Recently bought a car from the inlaws and they had it serviced, Oil, here beforehand.
  
  Oil change time popped up again and I decided to take it to a local dealership. Dealership told me the oil pin was stripped out and they were going to upcharge me (go figure) for the service and new oil pin stating it came in like that, eluding to the idea that the last place to change my oil did it.
  
  I, reasonably upset, called Jiffy Lube. Derek answers and tells me to bring it in and he would look at it. Hoorah, amazing. Here's the catch, I was about 15 minutes away and they were 10 minutes til close, great. I explained that I was going out of town the next day..
  
  My guy Derek NOT ONLY kept the shop open so he could assist me but replaced the pin at no additional charge and was very professional and empathic towards my situation.
  
  You, my guy, earned a repeat customer through your customer service- a skill most companies have been lacking.

  This was a Sunday, an the gentleman who worked with us was very nice and personable. Explained everything before and after, and checked with us about coupons as well. Will differently be back again!!

  Great place to get work done to your car. We went in for a service and love it. They know how to do there job right and dont mind it when people use coupon. They work together very well and fast great prices. We will most definitely be back for next service.
