  We only have one car at the moment, so when it wouldn't start on a this morning (Sunday before labor day) we called around and found John was open! He took care of us quickly while we visited. Fair priced and friendly honest guy! Thank you john

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The course was in great condition, tee boxes and fairways. My only disappointment was the lack of pride of those who play a beautiful course and won't fix their ball marks on the greens. Go by the rule of thumb of fixing your ball mark plus one other.

  Awesome! The patches of fairway from previous reviews (and last year) are no longer an issue and you really have to look hard to see them. Greens were awesome. Layout, scenery, rough etc were top notch. Only gripe would be the range was mats only and couldn't get them to take a tee to warm up with driver. Maybe expensive for frequent rounds, but deals can be found and should be taken advantage of.

  Great staff! Improvements being made to fairways... Greens are in great shape. One of the best courses in KC area.

  We attended a beautiful lovely wedding and a reception that was beautifully done beautifully executed. Did not like how they kept taking drinks and glasses away from tables even though people were visiting with other people or on the dance floor.

  We had our son and daughter-in-law’s reception at Shoal Creek in January and we could not have been happier. Tammy Musso was extremely helpful though out the planning process as well as the day of our event. As part of the planning process Tammy met with us several times and was very flexible in accommodating our schedule. Since this was a winter reception, she even offered up a contingency plan in case of inclement weather. Tammy was very helpful meeting our catering needs and provided her expert advice on everything from how much food to order to decorating and scheduling ideas. She even helped us with setting up the decorations. Family and friends commented on how beautiful the reception and venue was. We received a very high quality of service, responsiveness, and professionalism from the entire staff during the planning and the evening of our event. As far as value, after shopping around, I found Shoal Creek to be the highest value for everything we received. I was extremely pleased with our choice and would recommend Tammy and Shoal Creek for any event.
