“Last week I had my first appointment at Shoal Creek Dental Care. I was seen right away and the hygienist was thorough and personable. Dr. Hlavacek was my dentist and she took the time to explain my examination. I needed to fix an old filling and she showed me the problem area on Xray and with a camera and explained what she recommended moving forward. It was a busy Friday afternoon but I really liked that the hygienist and dentist never seemed rushed.”

His consultation on colors helped us find what we wanted quickly. His warranty is much better than competition and he services what he sells. No other company displayed the product knowledge Tim obviously has picked up doing this for years. I am completely satisfied with the product and installation, so much so I ordered shades for my front door and side glass while he did the installation.”

“Never have I ever been to a country club but this one was super nice. The manager keeps water at every tennis court. There are inside and outside tennis courts. Out side there is an adult and a kiddy pool. Its over all a really nice place. I would defiantly get a membership.”

“This is a great place to live. It is well kept and the staff are helpful and courteous. If I had any issue they would help as much as possible, and rather than lie or tell me what I wanted to hear, if they didn't know the answer, they would contact upper management for an answer. I got mad once for a letter on my door for trash being left outside my apartment, but, all in all, whose fault was that? I got over it. You want to live in a nice place, you have to help keep it that way.”

“I had what turned out to be a couple of routine procedures done there. They weren't routine for me but they were for the staff there. Dr Lane and her staff were more than patient with a great bedside manner, explained everything fully and followed up after each procedure with phone calls explaining what they had found. I was expecting the procedures to be much more invasive than they were. This was so much more pleasant (if you can call it that) than I ever expected it to be. I haven't gotten any bills yet and I suspect this probably won't be cheap but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. The only thing weird about the place is the driveway into the facility. You have to go way around the back and drive thru a townhome complex to get in to the office complex. That was just a challenge the first time going there though. 5 stars all the way.”
