(September 27, 2018, 4:48 am)The park is well kept with beautiful manufactured homes. It sit back in a little suburban site of Liberty, Missouri in woodsy area. Very nice location, country living without being in the countryside.

(August 9, 2018, 9:05 am)My husband and two middle school aged children moved here January 2018. We fell in love with the country setting and how our home backs to a creek and farmland/cattle behind. Very peaceful, our neighbors are quiet, friendly, and kind.
We are in a fantastic school district and enjoy our extremely affordable and beautiful home.
Our children politely ride their bikes, and take walks on sidewalks/natural trail... They feel safe and cause no trouble or concern.
There are older homes speckled around here but some of my neighbors have been here for 35-40 years. So, something's to be said for that!
There are rules, but my family and I appreciate them. After driving the other MHP in the area.. Liberty Landing is the ONLY choice we would make.
If there's a concern, we've brought it up to management. Otherewise, how would they know if we dont speak up?
There are some trees that need attention. But I'm sure with time they will be addressed. Having personally worked with 17acres of forest, I understand how long it takes... and cost.
No other Liberty MHP compare. Period.
