Some fantastic folks and some not so. Kind of describes every business now. In any case the AuBurn location in Smithville takes you back to a small town drugstore years ago, unfortunately without a soda fountain. They actually care about their customers which is refreshing and once they know you things go along pretty smooth. Recommended.
They know me by name. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I only get my prescription at Auburn
The Staff here is Awesome! Every time I call and get John he makes sure that I get what I need for my mother law. He checks to be sure what and when refills are needed. When I go in person, every one is nice polite and helpful. Great Service! Keep up the wonderful work!
The staff was great. Received my first Covid vaccine back in late December.
