“I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months. I am usually pretty hesitant when using a new hygienist, and I was hesitant with Melissa as well. However, she did the absolute best job that I've ever had done. I also truly appreciated the openness and the honesty of the entire staff. They understand that people have a choice and they seem to be doing their best to make sure that you get the service that you deserve. This was my first time visiting, but they will be my primary dentist from now on.”

“Wehad previously gone to a dentist in North Kansas City. This dentist told both my husband and myself that we needed literally thousands of dollars worth of dental work between us. Fast forward… We went to Dr. Schaller. I was first and I did not tell Dr. Shaller anything that the other dentist told me needed done. After my cleaning and my x-rays I was told by Dr. Schaller that I only had one little old cavity that needed to be redone at some point. Of course I questioned him and ask if that is all he found. He seemed quite surprised by my question and offered to show me the x-rays etc. I explained to him my previous visit with the other dentist . He was very professional to not say anything negative about his colleague yet he assured me that none of that work needed to be done. My husband was told he needed even more work than I did. All of which was not true either. In short, not only does Dr. Schaller and his staff do an amazing job HE IS HONEST. To me that is the greatest attribute. I highly recommend him. Linsey, especially, won her over with her kind smile, enthusiasm, and “kid talk.” She knew exactly what to say to win my kid over! There are too many positives to list them all, but a few of the best things are: the convenience of online pre-registration, starting on time, the friendliness and expertise of the staff, and the token tower as a reward at the end of her appointment. “Last week I had my first appointment at Shoal Creek Dental Care. I was seen right away and the hygienist was thorough and personable. Dr. Hlavacek was my dentist and she took the time to explain my examination. I needed to fix an old filling and she showed me the problem area on Xray and with a camera and explained what she recommended moving forward. It was a busy Friday afternoon but I really liked that the hygienist and dentist never seemed rushed.”
