She actually listened to what our concerns were and made sure the floor nurses knew to give special instructions for her care as well. Danielle was also on top of it upon arrival she came in to do her part and my mom needs the warm blankets. “Every staff member was polite, kind and empathetic. I called early on Labor Day to see if they were open. I immediately had a call back and was told to come right in and told how to work the wheel chair. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted and helped. Another person came in with a life threatening emergency and an ambulance had to be called. The staff apologized to us for the wait, no apology was needed, life threatening emergencies should come 1st. The triage nurse, x-ray tech and nurse practitioner all treated me with care and reassured me coming in for treatment was the right thing to do. My injury was not as severe as we thought and they still were empathetic and supportive. I highly recommend Liberty hospital urgent care.”

“Both therapist I have dealt with have Orders to help me with my gate after total neighbor placement. My other leg also needed strength in order for my gate to become normal. Other previous physical therapist would not address the other leg because it was not a direct item noted in the order. However at select therapy both therapist believed that I needed the strength in both legs in order to have a proper gate and therefore spent the time looking at my other leg. I am so pleased and impressed with their Concern to address affected body parts . My husband was the one to tell me to attend because he had a similar Experience with another physical therapist there at select therapy”
