“Amazing service. Quick, efficient, and friendly. When the staff had questions, they asked the supervisor, in front of me (not some mysterious back room), and worked with me to complete my paperwork. I waited about 10 minutes, then it took about 15 to complete my titling and tags. The office itself is warm and cheery. A very positive experience and nothing like the disgracefully ignorant automatons that work in the main KC DMV by the Plaza (avoid at all costs).”
