“I have lived here now for roughly 6 months and I have enjoyed my stay so far. Unfortunately through my experiences it seems like it’s hard to come by decent maintenance at apartments these days. The good thing is that the company is trying and working their way through it. Big shoutout to the office staff Peggy, I’m sure she will be moving up in her career soon the way she handles her job. I’m surprised she isn’t running the place. A good place to live and DEFINITELY a bang for your buck$$”

“Well I've been living with friends for the last 10 years and not the best of credit after a divorce but have a great job now and after talking with Terry he approved me for a place. The house is clean and so far seems to be a safe place with great neighbors. I had a problem with my outdoor light sensors and fixtures and it took a few days which it wasn't a emergency repair like hot water or heat so understandable. He had the repair guy replace one fixture and fix the other. I'm very happy with my place and the service I have revived from Terry Flood. I also like that they gave me a good amount of paper work explaining how to get set up for all my services with phone numbers and all. The place is not a luxury apartment or house by any means but it suites me for now and I do plan to move up to a nicer place with him in a couple of years as my credit and income afford. If you think I'm an employee of Terry or getting anything for this great review I am not so no fake news here. I'm Robert Alvarado and I'm happy with Terry Flood. THANK YOU!”

“My father had been a ham radio and related item collector for most of his life. When he passed, the sheer enormity and my ignorance of what I was dealing with was overwhelming. In addition, my fathers estate was 12 hours from me making it a logistical nightmare. David Schulman and his expertise in the communications/electronics field quickly made it manageable for me. His company took a truck cross country, packed my items and brought them back to be auctioned on-line. He handled all aspects of the sale, made himself available and communicated when necessary. The results of my auction were more than expected and absolutely everything from start to finish was professional, timely, and handled with empathy regarding how personal and emotional the situation was.
