He was very polite, professional, and patient with me. He answered any and all questions I had - even gave me some money saving tips! Ted was who came out to install my stair lift. Ted was one of the most professional people I’ve worked with. Not only was he dressed very clean and nice, he wiped his feet off very well before entering my home and brought a packing blanket to lay everything out on. He was very efficient and quick. She actually listened to what our concerns were and made sure the floor nurses knew to give special instructions for her care as well.
