Derek was absolutely phenomenal!! He took his time to explain everything that was going on and made sure we understood everything. He was very thorough with the testing and work that was done and I couldn’t be happier! Truly a great guy and would highly recommend to anyone having questions or issues regarding their plumbing. We had a shower issue and leaky pipe that lead to a total water shutoff. Derek was the only plumber willing to come out after hours to help us and get our water back on. He did a great job of talking through what he was doing, and making sure we understood and were good with the work. Would definitely recommend him!

Derek was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a drain cleaning and then recommended we do the camera based on his experience.
