Firstmate Controls

I had recently purchased a few year old Fibersteel Boat Lift for my new dock at Lake of the Ozarks. One of the things that was not working properly on the lift was the Firstmate control unit. Fibersteel contacted Firstmate to get in touch with me. It was just a couple of days when Firstmate contacted me. The service response to repair the unit was very fast and the service tech was at the house within a few days of calling me. Chris couldn’t have been nicer while at the dock and repairing the unit. He even gave me a ride to the public boat ramp so I could pick up my car after launching my boat earlier in the morning. Thanks Chris I appreciate it. And thanks to Firstmate for responding so quickly and repairing the unit.

After extensive research I chose not to purchase the "manual" control package offered from the HydroHoist dealer that I purchased my lift through. Julie at Firstmate was very accommodating explaining the features & benefits of the Gen3 Pro remote control package I purchased. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy but based on the total experience of sales, service & support that I was given I would rate this higher than 5 stars if it was possible. Thank you Firstmate for everything you've done!!

Terrific customer service. Suzanne was great to work with, helped me troubleshoot our malfunctioning unit, and even found a way to get me a part on a busy holiday weekend and the lake. Great Experience all the way around!
