  I have been going to Down Range Fitness and Markus has been my strength trainer for 6 months now. I started to improve my distance running core strength and fitness for my Trail Running Ultra Races as an over 50 runner. I have seen huge improvement with my stamina during and recovery after races. Markus is a great trainer, working with me to constantly improve with a focus toward building muscling and strength needed for my main focus of trail running. The gym is a welcoming environment with great people of all abilities encouraging each other when training together. Great pricing and you absolutely get more than what you are paying for every time you walk through the door.

  DRF has something for everybody. The owner, Markus, is very passionate about lifting and helping others succeed with their fitness goals. Being a veteran he has organized fundraising for programs that benefit vets through the gym. Keep in mind this isn't Planet Fitness. There are can be times when it gets a little crowded and noisy but don't let that discourage you if you are looking for a solid place to meet your fitness goals.

  I was looking for a gym that I can drop in at when I'm in town. This place was great, and I will definitely return every time I'm here. Clean, alot of various equipment and friendly.

  Great gym. Lots of equipment. Owner is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it can get crowded fast.
