“Came with the family on the way home from KC. Eva our waitress was a delight! Our food took a while to come out but it was Sunday afternoon. Everything was great- my daughter got a tasty steak, my boys had burgers, hot wings, and ribs. Everyone was happy but me. My food was one bite terrible. I gave it to our waitress and the manager, Matt, came out immediately and made it right! He apologized, comped my meal, and made another! This right here is how customer service should be!
