(October 19, 2020, 6:36 pm)Kri Chay is the Man! I can honestly say that my life jas been changes by this place! I lost 43 pounds in a year, put on muscle, and am working towards my body goals! Kri knows what he is talking about, will hold you accountable, doesn't give any sugar coating on his advice, he is blunt but you know he cares! He knows his stuff and will work you till you drop! But it's worth it!
