“Walked in and the lady didnt even look my way and had me stand there for 5 minutes before she decided to get up and then fidgets with things at the register before asking me what she could help me with. Then asks for my title, gives it back and asks for me to pull it out of the envelope (like she couldn't do it herself) then PULLS OUT A TOOTSIE ROLL and STARTS EATING IT while "assisting" me (yes, she's big) and as soon as the gentleman comes in has him do everything else. He was very kind and helpful he gets five stars she gets none. Give him a raise and GET RID OF HER nobody needs that much laziness and rudeness SITTING around!...oh and nobody ever answers the phone ????”
