“I understand holding for some time on the phone but over an hour is too long. I went online and tried to see my bill. It would not let me log on but it allowed me to go to the online payment link to pay what was due, without knowing what the actual bill was. My bill is usually due on the 29th but have not received a statement so I tried to log on. Oh yeah I was on hold so long the office closed. But as I was hanging up, someone picked up and helped me. I was doing things wrong and that is why the log in failed. She instructed me in the correct way to sign in. The system still needs help. I still need to receive statements.”

“First went to Donnell's back in 1984 when they were still on Truman Road. Bought some parts from Tim. Over the years, I've bought a good number of motorcycles, parts, and even had a bike repaired there after a Subaru decided he wanted my lane. Sales, parts, finance, and service has always been top notch. Recently bought a 2018 Honda Goldwing and as usual, the entire experience was as expected, top notch. Chris was great to work with on the purchase. He is knowledgeable and very helpful both before and after the sale . Chuck in finance was awesome. Easy going, friendly, and even explained allot of the features while Chris was with another customer. Tim in parts, helped me get some stuff for my new bike and as always, got me all set up. Tim is great. Friendly and knows his stuff. Great dealership where everyone works as a team. Highly recommended!”
