  I have various reasons why I'm giving Plumbers 911 5 stars. A few months ago, my kitchen had a clogging issue which I discovered during, no less, dinner. Called a different contractor but they told me that help won't arrive until 8:30PM, which was way too late for an emergency so I called Plumbers 911 and they sent me a team in less than an hour. I don't know, maybe their quarters in Chicago were stationed nearby? Maybe. The serviceman Leo immediately gave his recommendations and upon approval, went on to fix my clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only that, he also gave me tips on plumbing maintenance and how I should no it regularly, not for additional money, but for me to save on more expensive expenses. I never want to have anything like this happen in the future, but I'm giving them a 5-star rate for their top notch service.

  I was literally crying over the phone when I called Plumbers 911. Their servicemen arrived shortly and fixed my clogged toilet immediately. I should have called them earlier to avoid the drama.Thank you, Plumbers 911!

  We needed a plumber within the area but didn't know which one to call, since we weren't sure if they serviced our location. We searched online and saw Plumbers 911, so we gave them a call. The girl who answered my call was courteous and assured me that a plumber would be on his way to our place. After a short while,Bob arrived, he said he was one of their contractors, and he definitely fixed the clog we had. Thank you guys.
