  Today we went to the Kansas City zoo, and experienced the Sting Rays. They overall were definitely a big hit! The kids enjoyed them very well! The Kansas City zoo has many more different activities, and are all very enjoyable. I do recommend the zoo, and make sure to stop by the Sting Rays! The only down side about it was them closing at 4:00, if they made the zoo last until 6:00, they would get my full vote. Ava K 11yo

  Great zoo. We went during the summer after getting some free tickets. It provides a great alternative to our normal trip to STL zoo. We went on a cold day in December and it was still great, but not all of the animals were out understandably.

  We had not been to the zoo in 20 years. We took our children and grandchildren, and we all had a fantastic time! Our kids live in Norfolk, Seattle, and Portland. They agreed that this is the best zoo they have seen; so many animals, in beautiful, natural surroundings. Purchasing the platinum bracelet was a little expensive, (it supports the zoo????), but it was a great extra for our kids, ages 2-9. They rode the carousel 6 or 8 times, and enjoyed the sky tram!

  A wonderful zoo! Lots of great displays! The animals are visible and active. The lift was really cool! Plenty of shows to give you and your kids a chance to rest. Surprises around every corner.

  We went on Black Friday. Was a fantastic decision. It was empty, the animals were all out and playing and it was fantastic. All the exhibits were open and were able to see everything with no lines. As always, staff was friendly and there to answer any questions that you have.
