(September 27, 2022, 12:22 pm)Extremely professional and honest. I originally took my car to Lexus and they told me I needed a new transmission and wanted to charge me 1000’s of dollars. I told this shop what Lexus said and they instantly said that’s not the problem! Your car has a default with the computer and Lexus knows that. I can have your problem fixed. They fixed the problem and my car runs so good it’s amazing!!! I could say even more great things about this shop but I will stop now.
(August 4, 2022, 9:46 am)They did great work on my transmission and were very quick on my daily driver. They also had great customer service and were budget friendly. The shop I had it at prior was going to charge me and arm and a leg for the work, and instead I towed it to their shop and definitely made the right decision by doing so.
(July 14, 2022, 2:15 pm)This place is in the cut (in Raytown) but the Ownership & staff are diverse, down to earth, honest and kind. Very reasonable on price and service cost. I've found a NEW MECHANIC Shop for Me & my family!
(April 4, 2022, 9:02 am)Shift Transmission rebuilt my Ford Explorer transmission three years ago and it's still shifting good today. I visited them yesterday because i wanted them to look at my new car transmission. I had went to another shop but I remember shift transmission did an amazing job with my truck. They look at my new car and said it was just a sensor. It cost me a $100 and now my car is running great. The other shop said a needed a new transmission that would cost me $4000. Thanks Shift Transmission for your honesty. Keep treating people fair.
