I think pretty much everybody has come to terms with the fact that GameStop doesn't pay anything close to retail for used games... everybody except the neighborhood methhead, apparently. Despite having more than two customers finally get fed up enough to say something to him, he still felt that making a scene about the $1,000 a month he spends there was going to get him a better offer for the game he bought the day before and only took the plastic off so he could bring it back. Anyway... point is Candice did great with her customer service game, just sucked seeing someone up against something where there wasn't an obvious 'Win', figured I'd chime in with a judge's opinion from the field.”

“I had my Cadillac towed there in the snow the rear wheels had stopped moving and it was making a grinding noise. Someone said it sounded and smelled like my axle and or rear end went out.Turns out the car was just frozen. They are very honest they could have said the axle or rear end or something else and that would have been a lot of money. Instead they were honest. I would recommend taking your cars and trucks to them. They are very friendly and professional”
