“So I was originally just calling around to nearby places for pricing On a wheel alignment. MD had one of the lowest prices online but what I've learned is There's usually more to that low low price ( The majority of the other places I called would tell me oh that price that we advertise is just a starting price- you said your car actually has four wheels. The advertised price is our three wheel car price so there will be an upcharge for this and that.. Not exactly but you get it😉) When I called in and spoke with Tyler He made it very clear that that The low price I saw advertise was indeed the price, no bogus UPCHARGES. So I just decided I was done calling around and was hoping I could get in within a couple of days or so. Tyler Informed me if I brought my car in ASAP he could most likely get it finished that very day! So of course ASAP for me ended up being 2-3 hours later. So when I finally got to the shop, I wasn't surprised or disappointed with them telling me that it would most likely be tomorrow before they could complete the job. After dropping my car off I got a phone call maybe two hours later telling me my car was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled! Steve helped me when I came to pick it up and he was friendly And explained everything fully. There was no change to the price that I was originally quoted (shocker!!🙃) One of the techs even came out to help me with a TPMS issue in the parking lot before they sent me off! I would highly recommend these guys. After a lot of searching I think I found my new mechanic.”

“Shift Transmission rebuilt my Ford Explorer transmission three years ago and it's still shifting good today. I visited them yesterday because i wanted them to look at my new car transmission. I had went to another shop but I remember shift transmission did an amazing job with my truck. They look at my new car and said it was just a sensor. It cost me a $100 and now my car is running great. The other shop said a needed a new transmission that would cost me $4000. Thanks Shift Transmission for your honesty. Keep treating people fair.”

“Jay is solid all around. Good human and good at what he does. He seems to have an intuitive relationship with cars, which as far as I know, only comes from passion and comprehensive knowledge. I asked him to look over my car like he would for his most favorite grandma. My car is used for work and it’s important to me it presents nice and runs well/safe. “My wife and I came up to Valvoline because our check engine light came on, we were greeted by Nate, Alex and Sam. While were checking it, the car wouldn't come back on. Alex tried to give it a jump and it still wouldn't come on. Nate changed out the battery for a new, but no avail. He offer to take my wife and I home, he also allowed us to sit in the shelter after hours. This was an unfortunate event but I'm glad to have had Nate, Alex and Sam to help. “In short, this is the place you've been looking for. I have no personal connection to these guys at all so this is completely unbiased but I had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write a review. My daughter lives in KC and even though I have worked on cars for 20 years, I am located 200 miles away so I am completely unable to help her when she has issues. The dealers have become unaffordable and the national chain places are completely unreliable. After having her car towed to a chain store in desperation a few weeks ago, a $600 bill left us with a car that had multiple new issues and was undrivable and very unsafe (fire risk). Basically, a parent’s worst nightmare. The chain store actually said they didn’t have the expertise to diagnose the issues any further and sent us packing. We found R&L through word of mouth and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. He is both extremely honest and very sharp. He was able to fix all the issues the other place caused and get us back on the road at a very fair price. If you are looking for the one in a thousand shop you can trust and that does top notch work, this is it.”
