This company saved our family from the most horrific experience ever! He was very knowledgeable, and informed us that this is more common than people think. People don’t like to talk about it for obvious reasons, but it actually happens a lot when traveling - even in the nicest places. Over a year ago we called this company and we haven’t had a problem since. I was horrified by suggestions of treatments from other companies that would allow the problem to continue for months!!! When this company said they would have the job done instantly, I was SO relieved. This company came almost immediately after I called (other companies had a much longer wait, which was unacceptable in that situation) and the problem was gone. I can’t thank them enough! I have been paranoid ever since of finding anything in my house, but here we are over a year later, and I have not seen anything since this man came and took care of it. If you go through this, you know how terrifying it is. I didn’t live in my house for weeks because I was so terrified. This man saved my house and my sanity. Thank you so so much.

After doing my part of picking up things from floor, he was very professional and did the procedure. I left for a few hours. My cat stayed around and befriended him. Well worth the fee! Best sleep I had that night knowing I wasn’t gonna get bit again.
