(December 15, 2022, 11:08 pm)I could not end this day without taking the time to thank the staff and owner of Golden Gate for the care of my nephew Edwin Cox. I truly felt as if they were apart of our family. The services were excellent. The relief we had in not having to get singers and someone to read the letters of condolences was so appreciated. I could go on and on about the services our family received today. Thank you again Golden Gate.

I enjoyed calling them each time, it was a relief and stress free to have all my questions and concerns handled. The service was more than beautiful! I will be returning back with a loved one and or myself one day! Thank you and blessings!

Kudos to Golden Gates of KC. Your staff gave us exceptional customer service from start to finish. Which made it a joyous home going celebration for Broadway. From the consultation all the way to dropping the family back off at church for dinner. In our culture receiving professional customer service is very rare & your staff was "WONDERFUL". Your staff waited on us hand & foot. They rolled out the red carpet for the family. Broadway looked amazing as if he was just sleeping. We the family wanted an homegoing celebration. It was truly just that we had church. As we looked around your staff was right there having church right along with us; while comforting us all at the same time. We already know that you already know that your staff is AMAZING. It's always great too hear directly the customer as well.
