(March 6, 2020, 12:58 pm)As fans of Happy Gillis that is the sister restaurant of this noodle shop we were hoping for fun, quirky and fresh food. We were not disappointed. The shoyu eggs were fantastic unami flavor bombs and a perfect compliment to the tasty broth and homemade noodles. We enjoyed outdoor sidewalk dining and will most definitely be back.
(February 28, 2020, 6:42 pm)The most authentic ramen I have found in KC so far. Their TONKATSU has the buttery goodness that comes from the long 30 hour broth.
(May 25, 2019, 7:36 pm)First time there. The pork broth reminded meet of my grandmother's New Orleans cooking. I was stuffed and it was well worth it. I also recommend the kimchi.
