(August 31, 2018, 6:03 pm)Great Customer Service! Staff is always helpful and eager to help. Dave Bryant is an example of what a customer service representative should be. He helped me get affordable tires when my budget was tight and also got my A\C fixed within my price range. Helped me out with a few discounts too! Also, had a factory recall on my door locks done in the same day. I’m really impressed with his willingness to help and “Can Do” attitude. Great guy and an overall caring Service Writer. He really listens to his customers. I will continue to give Ford my business because they hire guys like him.
