They're extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice on how to cook what I was purchasing. I live in Shawnee and drive out there regularly just to get a few things---it's always worth the trip.

(July 27, 2018, 7:40 pm)Absolutely one of the best butcher shops around. What they do with their charcuterie is amazing. Great staff and very knowledgeable. MUST try the bone marrow butter...awesome flavor. What they do is an art that has been lost with big store butchers. The sandwich truck out back is a hidden gem.
