I go in form time to time and I have never had a bad experience or encountered or witnessed any type rudeness from any employee there. I went in today to cash a fairly large check that was written through a Commerce account; however I encountered a few issues while trying to cash the check, but Stephanie the teller who assisted me, went above and beyond while remaining so patient and so pleasant! “I came to Lucia’s Sarto after having multiple alterations for my wedding dress with another alterationist. My dress never fit quite right and they didn’t understand why I wasn’t happy with it, so I wanted to get another opinion. Nataliya was a complete life saver. I came in four days before my wedding and in about 5 minutes she had pinned it to perfection and provided her expert recommendation. She was able to turn in around in two days and I was so so so happy with it. It looked absolutely beautiful and fit me perfectly on the day of! Her price was also incredibly reasonable (considering I had paid 4x as much at the other alterations shop)! I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her a million stars I would.”

“Had a rice and chicken plate, which was excellent! The rice was spiced perfectly and was fresh and fluffy. My only (very small) complaint was the portion size, they give A LOT of rice, but only a small amount of chicken. If they reduced the rice a little bit and increased the amount of meat I think the meal would feel more balanced. I also ordered two fish sambusas which perfect and flaky. Definitely want to go back soon!”

“We LOVE RM West ll! The reason we do is because of the amazing leasing staff. We had to move across state to get here, and only had communications with Alexis through email and phone calls (she even took the time to personally show us a unit virtually). She was nothing short of amazing with making our move stress less (which we all know moving is stress FULL). I simply cannot say enough good things about her and her patience, understanding, and overall just being so darn nice! She was so attentive even with being as busy as I know she is. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and future residents. Don’t let me downplay the rest of the staff though! Leah and Diallo are also ACES! So sweet, kind, and helpful. I hope they all know how much we truly appreciate them and their patience. (I also had a maintenance request shortly after we moved in and they arrived so quickly that day that I forgot I had put the request in!) But I digress! The building is beautiful as well, with fantastic amenities. Very dog friendly which is a huge plus. All in all. Thank the entire staff so much for being as amazing as you are.”
