They did have to call me to tell me something and could not get ahold of me right away so when I called them back the older gentleman seemed a little upset about it but I brushed it off. I did have my radio and backup camera installed on the same day so that was a plus. It was a little more than what I thought but its ok because I didn't have to wait. But for future reference when you call the customer and they are not reachable and they call you back ASAP please don't get upset with them because you could not reach them please that is very unprofessional.”

If there is a line that seems long, and you are the 7th person in line, you look at your phone to check the time, and suddenly you are being called to the counter to check out. The employees communicate very well, and are always friendly. QT is the finest gas station company in the Midwest, there is no question about it. Cases can be made for other gas stations being superior, I'm sure, but not in the Midwest. Here, QT is King.”

“I delivered a crib, car seat, stroller and rock'n play sleeper to this B&B (I rent baby gear in Kansas City with BabyQuip), and I have to say it is one of the most quaint places I have seen to stay in KC!.. and I've seen lots of rental properties. I loved the historic charm, as well as how walkable it is to the shops and restaurants in Brookside. It was light-filled, squeaky clean, and tastefully furnished. I hope to be back!”
