Mike W with BFP recently came to our home to check on our water heater under a home warranty claim. From the moment he arrived he was super polite and professional. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and working with the home warranty company to get us up and running with a new unit. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and patient explaining everything to us. Because of Mike's awesome work, we had hot water again SAME DAY!
