Appointments are convenient and easy to get, and we are always told the approximate time it will take.

Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change, and was surprised at the variety of options they had for customer convenience, including offering what I overheard someone mention was one of their last two loaner vehicles so I could go back to work, even though it was same day service.

Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful (service advisor Dean was the only person introduced by name, but there were several others I spoke with about various things), and I'd happily utilize them in the future.
