  Absolute rockstars, were so kind and respectful during my time of need. My dog started projectile vomiting Saturday night around 10:30pm, so I rushed her to Blue Pearl because it was the closest 24hr vet to my home. I called beforehand and the receptionist was so kind over the phone and began getting everything ready for us before we even got there. My wait time was non-existent (especially since no one was there), and despite my dog either pooping or vomiting in every single room the staff treated us with such kindness and care. I was absolutely terrified for my pet, and she hates the vet, but the staff of Blue Pearl were so calm and comforting with us, even in our darkest hour. Laura McKee was so great with us, and my dog actually responded very positively to her, so she must have a natural way with animals. I would go to Blue Pearl for everything if I could. Their facility was top notch, the care was amazing, and my pet is healthy and safe thanks to them. Thank you Blue Pearl!

  They got our big guy in immediately on a stretcher and did what they could for him. We picked him up the next morning and he was well on his way to recovering from digesting some form of toxin it seemed. Now he is back to normal feisty Ray! He's about a 150lb Mastiff mix. Big ol baby!

  Took my cat Luna in because she was sneezing and blood was running out of her nose. We were welcomed, given registration papers and advised of that the final cost would vary depending on the treatment received/plan. I anticipated a bit of a wait considering this is a walk-in clinic - the wait was not excessive considering patients are seen in order and by priority. Luna was seen by the doctor and potential causes for her issue were discussed as well as options for treatment. We were given medications and discharged. Luna's visit and treatment information was e-mailed to me and to her regular vet. Luna is feeling much better and we are truly thankful she was able to be seen!

  This place is far from being money hungry like some of you have claimed they are. They personally go over everything with you prior to doing any sort of treatment. I brought my dog in and found out she most likely had a brain tumor, and had to make the difficult decision of putting her down. They are not all about money, they are all about care for the animal and the same pain you as an owner feel. The support I received starting from the front desk staff all the way to the vet was outstanding. As I was walking out the door all the staff came out and said sorry for your loss. It’s the small things that count. When it came to paying they asked me if I would like to pay in the room or out front. So instead of belittling these people, think about what they go through. Just because the pets that come in may not be there own, they sure as heck treat them like they do. The pain I was going through last night I could see effect the staff as well. Thank you for making something sad into something comfortable for me and my family. Thank you for making my dog the most comfortable prior to putting her to sleep. You guys have a tough job at times, but I appreciated all you did for me last night.

  I absolutely love this place! First, we took our cat of almost 14 years here exactly a year ago. She had already passed before our arrival. The staff was so caring, gave me time to grieve in one of their rooms and were all so comforting. They then sent me such a heartfelt card, along with her footprints. It truly meant the world to me. Now, a year later, I have two kittens (one who has an upper respiratory virus) and needed care to get the medications she needed, along with oxygen and 24/7 care. I was able to come home knowing my kitty was in good hands and was able to get some rest while she was being treated. The veterinarian and staff were very upfront with me about the costs and care needed before any decisions were made. All staff were friendly, from the front desk, the vet techs and the vet himself. I called when I came in, and have called before about concerns with my pets, and the vet techs have absolutely no problem answering any and all questions I have at no additional cost to me. Thank you for your comfort and support a year ago, saving my kitty this weekend, and thank you for your generosity through and through. I will never hesitate to refer you or to come see you again, if needed! ❤️
