I generally loath the insurance claim adjuster process to the point I’d rather just not bother, but Dustin made all of that easy and effortless. From meeting the adjuster personally to getting all the damages accounted for and repaired, Dustin was there every step of the way. Thanks to Dustin and the rest of the pros Storm Guard my repairs were completed promptly, professionally and with quality craftsmanship. My homeowners insurance paid for everything they should have. Storm Guard and Dustin have a customer for life.
(November 15, 2018, 3:40 pm)I met with Dustin over a year ago when he helped me with a quote. Throughout the year Dustin would check on us from time to time to see if we needed anything. Then once we were ready he jumped right on it. Still had all the information from the year prior when we met. He was very professional and on top of it. Within a matter of weeks roof was done and it was all cleaned up. They came back quickly and followed up on things as I requested. Will definitely use Dustin again for future projects.
