  Karl Crosby and Senior Helpers has been a life saver for me. I am caring for two elderly people in my home and by having a Senior Helper come and stay with them while I run errands or go to appointments gives me peace of mind. I know the people I care for will be taken care of even when I have to be away. It also gives my 93 year old mother someone new to talk to and tell her stories. Karl has always made it a point to come over with any new person that is assigned to take care of us and he has been so helpful in many ways. All of the Senior Helpers caregivers have been wonderful people.

  Senior Helpers has been a God send to us! We were with another company prior that had continual staff changes which proved difficult for our elderly mother. When Leisa came to our home and said they would be able to help us with companionship for my mother and that they had a women they thought would be perfect for her...they were not kidding! Bonnie is a very compassionate caring person and is there for mother in any capacity needed. There haven been a couple times mother was in the hospital or rehab center and there was NEVER any problems with Bonnie visiting her at those locations also! We would not change anything about our experience with Senior Helpers.

  My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in October, 1997. For several years, as the disease progressed, I was able to care for her at home without help. But, in September, 2009, I realized that I could no longer care for her by myself. I checked on several companies that provide in home care and decided to try Senior Helpers. I have never been sorry for that decision. The care givers that they provided were always well trained and reliable. But, beyond that, they were very kind and compassionate people who cared for my wife as if she was their mother or grandmother.Senior Helpers are the kind of people that you would want taking care of your loved one.

  We are so fortunate to have fallen in to the hands of Karl. He was our guide and information source regarding areas which were new to us including Hospice, Nursing Home discharge, etc. He gave us direction and information when we asked his advice based his experience. Karl was always available by phone, text and in person. He came to meet our father at the nursing home, then in the hospital, and then when Dad was able to go home. Karl came to our Dad's at each shift change if there was a new person taking care of him. Karl was incredibly flexible with scheduling. His staff was wonderful. We especially would like to thank Carol and Pam who gave us so much comfort knowing Dad was being taken care of so well. I highly recommend Senior Helpers and would be happy to be contacted by anyone searching for this type of service. Karl, a huge heartfelt thank you from my family. Ann Mendez
