Love active! Great trainers and gym space, after looking into several places in the area this one is far superior.

I'm 58 and started working out at Active with Jessie Thomas as soon as gym's opened back up after Covid around the first of June 2020. I was immediately impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism! Jessie is a great trainer! He is careful to make sure you are working each lift properly and safely. He changes up the routines often so you won't become bored and he will only work you to your level of fitness. I was also provided with a meal plan by Jessie, in a few short months, I've lost more than 15 lbs. and 3 to 4 inches around my waist. Give Active a try... You won't be sorry!

I LOVE Active! I have been coming to this gym for about 5 years now and the owners and gym members are all great people! Throughout my time here I have bounced all around in fitness level and weight (including having a baby) and there is never any judgement from anyone, just positive support to reach whatever my goals are at the time! They have GREAT trainers who really know their stuff. They always have great suggestions for how you can take the next step up in your fitness journey whether you are just starting out or looking to improve upon your elite sport capabilities. The trainers live what they teach and you can always tell it is their lifestyle, not just what they tell people while at work. If you are thinking about joining a gym for the first time, or thinking about changing to a more friendly gym atmosphere, this is the place for you!

Active Strength Co is a truly unique place to work out. Classes are done by professional trainers who challenge you to get fit - no matter what level you are at. Our workouts change all the time so you never get bored and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been working out here for about 4 yrs and have had great results in losing weight and inches, but the best part is that I feel great! I spent most of the beginning of the year losing weight. I lost a pretty decent amount on my own (29 pounds) but coming to Active Strength was just what I needed! The energy in that gym is amazing. They push you to success every session. I used to think that as long as I just ate veggies that would be enough to keep the weight off, but Active Strength showed me that there is SO MUCH MORE to nutrition than we think. I am so thankful that I found this gym and I would recommend to not only my friends but strangers as well!
