Paul Danaher has represented me in two cases and my daughter in one case; all three resulting in very positive results.
Case 1: I signed up for a marketing scam that cost me $1,000. He recovered the full amount from the company.
Case 2: In the process of selling my vehicle, I was in a minor car accident which devalued my car in the resale market. He recovered $2,000 for “diminution of value” that I would have lost because of the accident. I didn’t even know there was even such an opportunity without Paul’s knowledge of the law.
Case 3: My daughter was in an accident due an illegally parked vehicle which was blocking view in an intersection. He was resourceful enough to track down the owner of the vehicle, go their home, and obtain their insurance information which paid for the accident.
