(August 30, 2018, 9:31 pm)The office staff is eager to be of assistance. They genuinely care about their residents. When I had an issue with plumbing it was fixed very quickly. They respond to emails and voicemails rapidly. They are very pet friendly. The location is excellent. The school district is great. There is a play area for the children, as well as a nearby park. We are very happy residents!
(May 16, 2018, 1:16 am)The landlord is a sweetheart she's caring and understanding and she cares about her tenets.. I don't no why people always got to speak bad about her when she tries her best she works hard just like others do.. And she's the top best dam landlord I ever known compared to other places I lived they didn't care about nothing but getting that fat check in their pockets.. And she makes sure were safe and she will remove the bad just to keep others safe.. People always gripe about these places having this and that issue well its better than being homeless.. Were very lucky as Americans to have a roof over our heads in some countries they are not so lucky they have nothing..
They don't have a nice place to lay their heads down or clean water to drink if they was able to be in our shoes and have what we have they be jumping for glory.. Some people in other countries live way worse than we do.. So be thankful for what god gives you because having something is always better than having nothing.. Were so lucky as Americans we can eat hot meals and take hot showers some of them can't.. So if you want to downtalk a landlord take a look at how other countries live if you could live in their shoes I bet you be thankful for every moment every day to have roof over your heads..
