“I immediately took my daughter to Kathi J. Matthes, DDS, PC - here in Lee’s Summit...after Spencer & Spencer turned our walk-in of urgency away due to being fully booked, and lacking compassion for her issue. I shared with the two receptionist there...what my daughter had been dealing with over the weekend- the same story I shared with Spencer & Spencer. -a painful wiggley tooth that was ready to come out...but didn’t! Their kindness and concern was immediately apparent! They asked if they could take a look right there at the counter...to get a better assessment of what I was talking about. They immediately had seen the issue. My daughter was in their dentist’s chair within 5 minutes! Doctor Matthes was seeing my child, and extracted the tooth WITHIN the following 5 minutes! My daughter lit up with a smile; she didn’t even feel the removal. That less-than-10-minutes trip meant so much to my daughter! Doctor Matthes and her staff were EXCELLENT! I’m bringing her back for future care, and follow ups!”

Like I told the manager: I come here to eat not to get sad and cry. I worked in Mc Donald's when it was the best. I know better, I had been promoted and appreciated because my extra nice way to be with people, but when people like this cross my way. “The food is excellent. And the staff are very friendly. I go there quite often. And was there the other day and my card declined. I said I was sorry and the guy said don't worry about it. Gave me my food and said enjoy the rest of my day. I went back the next day and ordered again. I told them what happened and paid for both meals. But it was awesome of them for doing that. Will always go there when I want a burger. Great place.”
