  My Mother is a resident here and she loves it. Dont let the old building scare you as the staff here is wonderful and its such a nice home atmosphere! !!

  For 7 years I have been through a lot of rehab facilities with my father. I moved him to Shangri-la after a particularly bad experience at another facility. They were close to my house and I figured I would at least be able to keep a better eye on things there. What I found has changed everything for me and my Dad. The staff there doesn't just take care of them. they treat them like family. They take the time to make them feel like they are there for them. They are available to talk to me about anytime I call or come by. They have my Dad up, dressed and out of his bed first thing in the morning. He stays up a lot more than he used to and is even discovering new things around there all the time. I moved him there for convenience...he staying because of the staff.

  While our Parents lived at Shangri-la, the caregivers treated them with love and respect, as if they were their own family.
