  We took our camper to KC RV There Yet for some minor repairs after seeing their rave reviews online and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Working with a small, family owned business, the entire process has been simple and easy and the customer service has been amazing! They have been extremely responsive, kind, and willing to answer all of our questions and address all of the concerns that we had with our camper. Our camper had a brand new fridge that was broken upon original install. They spent over 3 days contacting manufacturers and our warranty company on our behalf and they were able to get us a brand new fridge covered under our warranty, saving us $800 and hours of our time! They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers! We will continue to use KC RV There Yet for all of our camper maintenance needs and HIGHLY recommend new customers to give them a try!

  We wanted to write a review on this company because Dwayne Ledford has done such a good job for us. He replaced a cable to the gate valve in the underbelly on our fifth wheel, and he also replaced our fireplace. Dwayne is dependable with reasonable prices and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. We will definitely use him again for any of our RV needs. Nancy is very nice as well and makes it easy to make an appointment.

  I found this business online and spoke to Nancy last week, telling her that we had a fridge in our RV that had leaked ammonia and wouldn't come on. She looked up several options and we decided what would be best for us. Dwayne, the business owner came out today to do our repairs. He was very polite and courteous. He worked very hard and was able to fix our fridge. RV repairman are hard to find in our area and I am glad we found someone who is willing to come a far piece to help us. Everyone at the office has been more than willing to help us and we will use them again. Too bad there are only 5 stars because they earned 10 in my book. Thanks, Nancy and Dwayne.

  Dwayne with KC RV There Yet has been of great service to me & my wife. We've had several issues with my Coleman Hybrid travel trailer & he has been of great service from the start. Things are working great now & we owe a lot to Dwayne. Thanks!

  Recently discovered an issue with the refrigerator on my camper, called and left a voicemail. Within an hour I had received a call back and was able to schedule a service appointment the next day!
  The level of service was amazing, and the attention to detail was appreciated. Dwayne got my issue take care of promptly and the refrigerator works like brand new!
