(March 18, 2020, 6:49 am)We've taken our 5 grandkids (ages 8-12) to this place at least 10 times and they ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! We love it too! Parents can relax and enjoy bowling, laser tag, and the arcades with their kids, PLUS enjoy a variety of meals, desserts, and drinks.

(October 2, 2015, 5:22 pm)Mike is a marvelous trainer & an all around good guy! His training & nutrition plan changed my life. I am 56 years old, I have never worked out before, I'm not well informed about eating wisely & I didn't know the importance of protein, or how bad sodium can be. Mike has so much patience with me & encourages me to no end. He never gets upset, he's always right there by my side helping me do the machines & weights correctly & making sure I do them, & he knows what weights I need to use so I won't hurt myself. I can't say enough terrific things about Mike. Mike has been a blessing in my life. I'm a new person because of him.

(September 28, 2015, 12:40 pm)Great guy & awesome trainer. I didn't put a lot of effort in this like I should have but he did great with teaching me how to use the equipment and how to lose weight. I would highly recommend him.
