This company is amazing. It has been so helpful in getting my father to and from dr appointments. The drivers have ALL been very professional.

Just finished training, and I REALLY love this company! My trainers were excellent, the job is great, and Kristin (the owner) is an awesome human being. Jaron and all the office staff are super helpful and great to work with. Would definitely recommend us, not just for transportation, but for employment too!

My mother is in a rehab facility and they use Express Medical to take her to all of her outside appointments. I have to say there are 2 drivers - JJ and Larry who go above and beyond. They made my mother feel like she was safe because at her age she gets scared to be with people she does not know. They engaged in talking to her and made jokes and called her by her name which instantly put my mom at ease. They were gentle and not rough with transporting her in her wheelchair. They went that extra step, which put me at ease knowing my mom was being taking care of the way she should have been.

I am weekend Dispatch Supervisor I love working for Express it is truely like a family. My drivers are amazing I always get positive feedback and good reviews on them. I love interacting with the Administrators at our hospitals and facilities I love the patient care our drivers give and they treat our patients with compassion and understanding I have seen Kristin and Jaron dispatch or go out and do trips or whatever it takes to put our patients first the dispatchers are a amazing group to work with very skillfull efficient and provide amazing customer service
