(July 13, 2018, 4:43 pm)I am an insurance agent and Servpro of Lees Summit has taken care of smoke damaged goods at two of my customers who had house fires. The customers called me to tell me how great of a job they did! They were professional, friendly and efficient. They couldn't believe that their clothing items and personal property came back with no smoke odor! Great job Brian Wagler and crew!!
(July 12, 2018, 10:22 am)I was apprehensive of putting another 5 star review for people thinking these guys are too good to be true. Brian and his crew are top notch. Brian knows mold better than anyone I know. My Edward Jones office had mold soaking through the wall from the landlord not maintaining the hot water heater. The leak saturated the walls. When you experience mold STOP AND CALL A PROFESSIONAL.
The landlord was using bleach and a fan to address the mold. Brian got involved and let them know that bleach and a fan are the WORST THING TO DO. Bleach does not kill mold and a fan just spreads the mold spores.
Brian’s team are responsive and very thorough and pay attention to details. Our office for the first time smells clean and also we no longer have sneezing fits and headaches. Kudos to Serve Pro Lees Summit. Not all Serve Pro franchises are the same. Call these guys if you want to make lemonade out of lemons.

(July 9, 2018, 9:33 pm)Had a water line burst on my second floor. Never dealt with something like that before. I called servpro and other then the one call I made to my agent that was the last thing I had to do. They literally took care of everything. They even negotiated on my behalf to my insurance company to get me what I deserved. They were a dream to work with. I would not have thought it was this easy. If you ever have a disaster you would be foolish to use anyone else.
